With thanks to Allan Shepherd

Great to be back training...here is a brief of this evening's training session. My new FB page is under "Shotokan Karateka".

This Wednesday (10/10/2018) evening's Kata only training session at Ormskirk Shotokan Karate Club covered Bassai Sho and Meikyo (previously known as Rohai). Usual variations of pace and tempo (1) slow (2) half and half (3) slow but strong (4) power and (5) normal pace and tempo. Emphasis on Form, Body Dynamics, Transition and Power. Some great little gems of information regarding technique from our Chief Instructor Sensei Errington 6th Dan JKA.
